What are Little Fox stories?

Little Fox stories are highly engaging, animated stories written just for children. Students will be able to quickly build vocabulary and fluency in a natural and authentic way. Each Little Fox story comes with its own printable book, downloadable MP3, and quiz. There are 9 levels in our curriculum. How often do you update the content?

We update our website with a new story, song, or game, every day from Monday to Friday. The only exceptions are for New Year's Day and Christmas.

What grades are appropriate for Little Fox? What is the right level for my child?

The Little Fox stories, songs, and games are appropriate for students in kindergarten to the 6th grade. The best way to find the right level for a student is to have him or her try a Little Fox story and take the quiz. At the right level, he or she will be able to answer at least 70% of the questions correctly.

Are my children restricted to a certain level?

No, Little Fox does not limit children to one level. A subscription account gives users access to all the available levels.

What is the difference between a parent user and a child user?

The subscription for an account can only be purchased by an adult. The parent user is the main account holder and can add up to three additional child users to the subscription account. Each child user will be able to have his or her own account under the main ID and password of the parent by creating a unique nickname. Each child user can track his or her progress through the Bookshelf and Learning Log.

How many children can use the subscription account? How can I add a child user under my account?

The subscription account can be used by a family with up to three children. Follow the instructions in the My Account page to add a child user to your account.

Can my children use the website at the same time?

No, only one user under the subscription account can use the website at a time. Two separate subscriptions are needed for two users to use the website at the same time.

Can I change my child's user nickname or delete a child user?

Yes, you can change your child's user nickname or delete a child user from your subscription account at any time on the My Account page. You can still keep all of the information under his or her account even after changing the nickname. However, everything will be completely erased if you choose to delete a child user from your account.

What types of payment do you accept?

You can purchase a subscription to a Little Fox subscription account with a credit card or PayPal account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

How can I extend my subscription?

Starting February 12, 2014, we offer two different subscription payment methods. Please refer to the corresponding section depending on the date of your first payment made.

- For subscriptions started on or later than February 12, 2014:
There is no automatic subscription renewal for subscriptions started on or later than February 12, 2014. If your subscription is not expired, go to My Account > Renew and make a payment for renewal. If your subscription is expired and you want to extend your subscription, go to My Account > Subscribe.

- For subscriptions started earlier than February 12, 2014:
Your subscription will be automatically renewed. Your credit card will be billed on either every one-month anniversary of the first billing date for monthly subscriptions or on every one-year anniversary of the first billing date for yearly subscriptions. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must cancel before the end of the billing cycle to avoid any unwanted payments.

How can I update my credit card information? (For subscribers with automatic subscription renewal ONLY)

Starting February 12, 2014, there is no more automatic subscription renewal, and our subscribers make one-time subscription payments. When your credit card information needs to be updated, you have to cancel the automatic subscription renewal option, and make a one-time subscription payment.
Below are the steps to cancel the automatic subscription renewal.
1. Log in and go to My Account (parent user).
2. Go to Billing Information > Cancel My Subscription
You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid any unwanted payments. It may take up to five business days to process your request for cancellation. You will continue to have access to your subscription account until the current billing period ends.

How do I cancel my subscription? (For subscribers with automatic subscription renewal ONLY)

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in and go to My Account (parent user).
2. Go to Billing Information > Cancel My Subscription
You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid any unwanted payments. It may take up to five business days to process your request for cancellation. You will continue to have access to your subscription account until the current billing period ends.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund or credit for any partially used subscription periods.

Can I switch my subscription period from monthly to yearly?

You cannot switch the subscription period while your subscription is active. When the service period ends and you want to make a payment to continue your subscription, you may choose the desired subscription period.

- For subscriptions started earlier than February 12, 2014:
You are under automatic subscription renewal option; therefore, you should cancel the option and choose the desired subscription period when you make a one-time payment.

Below are the steps to cancel the automatic subscription renewal:
1. Log in and go to My Account (parent user).
2. Go to Billing Information > Cancel My Subscription
You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid any unwanted payments. It may take up to five business days to process your request for cancellation. You will continue to have access to your subscription account until the current billing period ends.

I don't live in the U.S. Can I still subscribe?

Of course! Little Fox is not limited to users in the U.S. You can sign up directly on our website and make a payment with your credit card. Our prices are shown in U.S. dollars, so your credit card company will convert the funds to your local currency based on the exchange rates at that time.

Do you offer a free trial?

No, we do not offer a free trial. But we provide over 300 free samples of our content. Click here to try free samples of our stories, songs, and games without a subscription.

Can I use Little Fox on mobile devices?

Yes, you can access Little Fox on mobile devices. You can download the free Little Fox app by searching for "Little Fox" at Apple's App store or Google Play, or by scanning the QR code below. For more information, click here.

You can use the Little Fox app on the devices listed below. More devices will be added as they become available.

Can I use my Little Fox subscription on multiple devices? Can I also use my Little Fox subscription for the website for the app?

Yes, you can use your Little Fox subscription for the app as well as access it on different devices. However, only one user can use Little Fox at one time on one device.

Can I use my app subscription to have complete access to the Little Fox website?

No, you cannot use the app subscription for the Little Fox website. In order to have complete access to the Little Fox website, you must purchase a subscription specially for the website. A subscription for the website will also give you complete access to the app.
